Joost is an expert in consumer psychology. During his time at the Hamburg agency Jung von Matt, he laid the foundations for our understanding of psychology in marketing in order to increase the efficiency of communication. On top of that Joost was also Dean of Business Psychology at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg for 13 years. In 2024 Joost decided to focus entirely on Cronbach and its spin-off True Relevance.

Stefan is an expert in brand and communication strategy. His clients have included national and international companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Volkswagen, Beiersdorf and Unilever. Before Cronbach, Stefan was Head of Planning at the advertising agency DDB Hamburg. His work focused on brand positioning and networked campaign concepts. These have won several awards for their effectiveness.
